The cc98 Story — From Idea to Malaysia's Platform of Choice
Cc98 started from a straightforward observation — many Malaysian players who enjoy online entertainment were turning to foreign platforms that simply didn't understand local needs. Different languages, incompatible payment methods, slow customer support, and games that didn't match local tastes. The cc98 founding team saw this gap as an opportunity to build something genuinely different.
Since launching in 2018, cc98 has grown steadily. From a small platform offering a few hundred games, cc98 has evolved into a complete online entertainment ecosystem with over 800 games, live sports betting covering the EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, 4D and Toto lottery, poker, and a VIP programme that ranks among the best in the industry. Over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and beyond — have made cc98 their entertainment platform of choice.
What defines cc98's journey isn't simply the number of members or the size of the game library. It's the trust built gradually through consistent action — timely payouts, fair games, responsive support, and transparent policies. That trust can't be bought; it has to be earned every single day.
Cc98's Mission — Quality Entertainment for All Malaysians
Cc98's mission is straightforward: we want every Malaysian who enjoys online entertainment to have access to a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience — without having to worry about the security of their money or the integrity of the games they play. This means we are constantly ensuring three fundamentals are in place — a trustworthy platform, fair games, and responsive customer support.
Cc98 also believes that responsible entertainment is the foundation of a healthy industry. We not only provide self-control tools such as deposit limits and daily betting limits — we also train our support team to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond with empathy and useful information. This goes beyond policy compliance; it is a core value we take seriously.

Data Security & Player Privacy — A Top Priority at cc98
At cc98, security isn't an add-on — it's the foundation of everything we build. All data traffic on the cc98 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same industry standard used by Malaysia's major banks. Your personal information is never sold, never shared with third parties without your consent, and never used for anything beyond account management and fraud prevention.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all cc98 accounts — we encourage every member to enable it for added security. Any suspicious login attempt from an unrecognised device is automatically blocked and the member is notified immediately. The cc98 security team monitors platform activity 24 hours a day to detect and address any security threats.
Popular Payment Methods for Malaysian Players
Cc98 understands that seamless payments are one of the most important factors for Malaysian players. That's why we support all the most popular local payment methods — no need to open a separate account or go through a complicated process just to top up your balance or withdraw your winnings.
Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. All methods are processed instantly or within 2 minutes, with a very low minimum deposit to ensure cc98 is accessible to players at every level. The cc98 Community — More Than Just a Platform
What makes cc98 special goes beyond the games or fast payouts — it's the Malaysian player community that has been built over seven years. At cc98, you're not just a player gaming alone. You're part of a community that shares the same passion, celebrates wins together, and supports one another in the spirit of healthy play.
The cc98 VIP Programme is about more than financial rewards — it is about recognition. A cc98 Diamond VIP member gains access to exclusive events, personalised promotions tailored to their playing habits, and direct contact with a VIP account manager who understands their needs. This is the level of service typically found only in premium land-based casinos — cc98 brings it to the digital world for Malaysian players.
Cc98's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Cc98 believes that great entertainment must have clear boundaries. Responsible gaming at cc98 isn't just a slogan — it's an operational policy taken seriously across every aspect of our platform. Players can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account panel. These limits take effect immediately and can be lowered, but cannot be raised without a mandatory waiting period.
If you or someone you know feels that gambling is becoming a problem, cc98 offers a self-exclusion option that blocks access to your account for a period of your choosing — from one week to permanently. This is a tool we provide wholeheartedly, because we believe our players' wellbeing matters more than any short-term revenue.
