Many players see VIP programmes as little more than a label — a fancy name with underwhelming perks. At cc98, we built this VIP Rewards programme from the perspective of Malaysian players themselves. We asked the right questions: what truly matters to a loyal player? The answer goes beyond cashback alone — it's about the whole experience that makes you feel valued every time you log in.
Since cc98 launched its updated VIP program, member feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Players from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Sabah, Sarawak, and across Peninsular Malaysia have responded warmly — particularly praising the speed of cashback processing and the quality of service from personal account managers at Platinum tier and above.
Consistency is something cc98 takes pride in. Your VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses over the week, and the amount is credited to your account every Monday between 9 AM and 12 PM. No days of waiting, no complicated wagering requirements, no hidden minimum thresholds.
Here's a simple example — if you're at Diamond level and your net loss for the week is RM 2,000, then RM 240 will be credited to your cc98 account the following Monday. You're free to use it to keep playing or withdraw it with no restrictions. This is how cc98 shows that your loyalty is genuinely valued — not just a number on a screen.
From Platinum tier onwards, every cc98 member is assigned a dedicated VIP account manager. This isn't a bot or AI — it's a real person who understands your situation and needs. They're reachable via WhatsApp or direct line, and are on hand to assist with account matters, withdrawal processing, bonus claims, or any other queries you may have.
For Elite members, your dedicated account manager is available 24/7 and can personally handle high-value transactions. You won't need to wait in a general chat queue — your manager knows who you are and will attend to your needs promptly. For players who regularly deal with large amounts, this is an advantage that few other platforms in Malaysia can match.
The cc98 VIP Programme goes beyond cash rewards. Platinum members and above are eligible for physical gifts delivered straight to your door — from branded merchandise to premium electronics. Diamond and Elite members also receive invitations to exclusive cc98-hosted events across Malaysia, including VIP dinners, product launches, and premium sporting events.
For Elite members, cc98 also offers holiday packages and stays at luxury hotels as part of the annual rewards programme. Destinations are chosen based on member preferences, with all travel arrangements handled by our dedicated VIP manager team. This is cc98's way of thanking our most loyal players — not just with numbers in an account, but with real, unforgettable experiences.
One of the most common complaints players have about VIP programmes elsewhere is the lengthy application process. At cc98, none of that is required. Our system continuously monitors your account activity. Once your cumulative deposit reaches the threshold for the next level, your upgrade happens automatically within 24 hours — and you'll receive a notification via email and the app.
Level downgrades don't happen without warning. cc98 provides a 90-day evaluation period to ensure your VIP level reflects your current activity. Additionally, members who reach Elite status are recognised as 'Permanent Elite' after maintaining that level for 12 consecutive months — meaning their status will not be downgraded regardless of future activity.
Privacy Notice: All your VIP account information and betting activity is processed in accordance with cc98 Privacy Policy. Your data is never shared with any third party without your consent. Protecting the privacy of your personal information is our top priority.
Your VIP tier also has a direct impact on your transaction limits and processing speed. Silver members can already withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while Elite members have no limit at all. All major Malaysian local payment methods are fully supported — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks online banking.
For Diamond and Elite members, withdrawals are processed at the highest priority — typically completed within just 5 to 15 minutes. This is especially valuable when you have a big win and want to access your winnings right away.
